We had an excellent experience with Elegance Wedding Cars and would highly recommend them. Kim was so helpful in the booking stage, replying to my emails promptly and answering all my questions. The cars are absolutely beautiful and obviously maintained with great care.Phil was wonderful on the day itself, arriving early and being so calming on the journey to the church, I ended up giving him a hug at the end as he had made such a difference to the day! The whole service was wonderful, they even snapped a few pictures as I got into the car and emailed them over to me so I could see them the morning after. They are true professionals whose dedication shows. Highly recommend.

Fabulous service and a stunning car. Phil and Kim were patient, understanding and flexible with our relatively short notice change of plan for our wedding day. We decided that it would be lovely if the groom was picked up from his location which rather inconveniently was the other side of London but Kim and Phil were incredibly accommodating and made this happen which was fantastic! Phil was a complete star on the day and manipulated an enormous demonstration which literally closed down half of Central London's road network but he was absolutely amazing and found us a sneaky route and manoeuvred the car with such skill! Phil honestly saved the day and can't thank him enough for that. The car was stunning and immaculately maintained. It was a real spectacle with lots of the public taking photos. Your wedding day is the most important day of your life so you want to make sure you choose the best suppliers and I can 100% recommend elegance wedding cars. Friendly, personal, professional service and beautiful cars.

Elegance Wedding Cars exceeded all expectations regarding the car for our wedding and we cannot thank Phil and Kim enough. Kim had spotted that a lot of the roads around London were closed due to a bike ride on our wedding day, which she realized a year out and thanks to which we were able to not only tweak the route for the car, but also inform our guests with ample notice and plan accordingly. The car itself (the Long Wheel Base Rolls Royce Silver Cloud) was stunning. Phil, who drove it on the day, did the job perfectly and was able to navigate the road closures, as well as providing exceptional service. Would highly recommend.

What an amazing company. They saved our wedding. We called them late in the evening and Kim was on the phone to us until 9pm at night, making sure everything was sorted for us. Phil our chauffeur came an hour early waiting for the bride. Everything was perfect. We got the silver cloud car and it was in perfect condition and looks amazing in our pictures. Simply brilliant! From our initial contact with Kim we were given really helpful advice on options (never tried to sell us something we didn't need) and the customer service throughout has been spot on. On the day we couldn't have asked for more. The car was excellent and our driver Phil the perfect host. My wife found Elegance Wedding Cars while we were planning our big day, There was a good range of cars and we ended up choosing a stunning classic white Roll Royce Silver Cloud 2. This car was such the perfect car for a wedding and had a ribbon that was a perfect match for our colour scheme. The car attracted so much attention that total strangers were cheering and waving at us whilst being driven to our reception which added a little extra to our day and this was all down to this amazing car! I have just contacted you and asked you if you cover my area which is Maidstone. You don't cover my area, but gave me some really good advice, you told me to always ask to view the car as not everyone has the car I wanted which is the Silver Cloud. I will now ask to view the car and as you said if they won't let me see the car I won't book with them. I will ask if they own the car themselves and get them to put the car number plate on my booking form. Thank you for your help, I wish you did cover my area.

We booked the service shortly after attending a wedding show at Gilwell park. Kim was nothing but great . She was so professional and remembered me from the wedding show. PERFECT WEDDING CAR We cannot praise the service enough. The car was fantastic and was beautifully decorated for our wedding. The driver- Richard was on time and was very courteous. We got married on 18/5/2019, we had a 1960 Silver Cloud Rolls Royce. It was the most beautiful car, so many people stopped and took photos as we drove past. Phil and Kim provided a friendly and professional service. We visited their home to view the cars and were able to sit inside to help decide. It all came down to choosing which colour!! I opted for the Black and cream Daimler. Phil arrived early and patiently waited. He helped load our flowers and luggage as well as help my family lock my front door! Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend Elegance Wedding Cars more highly. When we first contacted Kim we weren’t sure what we needed. Kim helped us find the right option and never tried to sell us something we wouldn’t need. The team have responded to any emails immediately and the whole process has been stress-free. The level of service has been outstanding throughout. On the day, everything worked like clockwork. The unexpected – our bridesmaids had a lot of bags to take to the church – was no problem at all. The bottom line is this, if you are looking for a lovely wedding car and a team who are a delight to work with, don’t go anywhere else – just give Elegance Wedding Cars a ring.

A wonderful company to deal with for my daughter’s wedding cars. Efficient from the outset with booking arrangements, paperwork, choice of cars, advice on cars and support. Prices excellent. Cars arrived on time, in fact early, and ensured a safe and relaxed journey to the Church. I was allowed to provide champagne for my daughter and her new husband on the journey to the Reception.
